CSW CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) is established by our principal, Warren SW Chan.  We provide advice to investors, self-employed professionals, businesses, and entrepreneurs in a variety of industries; languages including English, Cantonese and Mandarin.  

Warren maintains a close connection with the clients, to ensure that services are delivered in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.   He quality reviews each file to ensure all files meet the profession’s high standards and all possible opportunities have been exploited to ensure our clients pay the minimum amount of income tax.   

Warren is a CPA qualified in Canada and Hong Kong, and has substantial computer audit experience.   Warren also has a Master of Accountancy degree and initially completed a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (Honours) in marketing and computer science.    Adding with decades of business experience, Warren approaches his practice from a unique and pragmatic perspective, and is able to guide his clients through the competing business, financial and compliance considerations to arrive at the clients’ preferred solutions.

Warren is active in participating in volunteering work and enjoys meeting new friends, cycling, and skiing.
